Hello
I’m Susan Kelly. I started Training Solutions Redefined to make learning simple, practical, and effective for organizations that don’t have endless time or big budgets. With a background in instructional design and English, and years of experience designing everything from Navy training modules to small business onboarding programs, I’ve seen how the right training can transform a team. My goal is to take the stress out of training by creating solutions that are clear, engaging, and built to deliver real results.
My Story
My career started in the classroom, teaching English at both college and high school levels and I worked hard to make learning click my students. Along the way, I earned master’s degrees in English and Instructional Design, blending creativity with strategy to build training that actually works. I’ve designed everything from digital twin simulations for the U.S. Navy to streamlined onboarding programs for small businesses, and safety courses. What I noticed is that most companies, especially smaller ones, don’t have the time or budget to create effective training from scratch. That’s why I started Training Solutions Redefined: to give organizations practical, polished solutions that save time and build confidence. When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me writing, baking, or enjoying the beach , and probably coming up with my next big idea.
